This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery.  Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.  We will send you an invoice shortly after booking is confirmed.

In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. 

Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

• Based on available inventory
• Rush fee may apply
• Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

We will not be able to deliver your yard card greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of frozen ground (we live in Illinois), prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.   

We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting  to be removed.  We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. 

The price includes delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.  If a yard is out of our service area, an additional fee may apply

 All Happy Hearts Yard Card greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises.  Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements.  We kindly ask that the lawn is not cut or watered during the rental period.

Happy Hearts Yard Card reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.  

 Signs should not be moved without our consent.  Any damage, destruction or tampering with the Happy Hearts Yard Card signs is prohibited.    Any intentionally damaged signs will be your responsibility to replace.  This includes all of the graphics, letters or stakes affected.
